摘要

To reduce correlativity and redundancy possibly existing among index items of evaluation index system,a new optimization method is proposed based on factor analysis and rough set model in this paper. The method optimizes the first-layer evaluation index items through common factor,and optimizes the second- layer evaluation index items through rough set theory. Through optimization,the correlativity of the first-layer index items and the redundancy of the second-layer index items are basically ruled out. As an example,we use the method to optimize an evaluation index system of enterprise innovation capability,the result shows the optimized evaluation index system both guarantees the integrity and representative,and possesses the accuracy and succinctness.
