Cantilever microneedle of maltose is proposed for any drug customization. Rats were tested on DDS with mixed Lidocaine as model drug. The Lidocaine concentration, reading 0.519ng/mL at maximum, was detected in the plasma by HPLC. A metal chip was customized on cantilever upper plate instead of a drug chip.
