Nanosized calcium phosphate had been synthesized via a reverse microemulsion method using TX-100-hexanol+aq solution of salts/cyclohexane system. Aqueous phase was made from aqueous solution of Ca (NO_3)_2 and Na_2HPO_4. A wide variety of structures were obtained during synthesis that includes nanospheres (50nm), nanoneedles (5nm- 100nm) and nanosheets of calcium phosphate. The material was analyzed using TEM and FT-IR.
