Liposomes with hyaluronic acid for antitumor drug delivery

摘要

Hyaluronic acids of different molecular weights have been prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis. Different molecolar conjugates obtained by linking hyaluronic acid and dioleoyl phosphatidylethanolamine or dipalmitoyl phosphatidylethanolamine have been prepared. These conjugates have been added to phospholipids mixture to prepare MLV and REV liposomes.
