Thermo-sensitive nano gene carriers surface-modified with Pluronic polymers

摘要

Cationic polymer complexed with DNA was surface-modified with temperature-sensitive polymers. Activated Pluronic~R was conjugated to residual amine groups of DNA/poly(ethyleneimine) [PEI] complex. The complex modified with Pluronic showed different particle sizes according to temperature changes.
