摘要

Present study evaluates the possibility of coencapsulating a highly hydrophilic peptide, Insulin with a highly lipophillic antioxidant, Coenzyme Q_(10), into poly (lactide-co-glycolide) nanoparticles. A modified double emulsion technique was adopted and optimized for the particle preparation resulting in nanoparticles with size 96-300 nm with good entrapment efficiencies.
