Improving the dissolution rate of Carbamazepine using melt extrusion

摘要

Preparing melt extrudates of Carbamazepine and EUDRAG IT~R E with different drug loads leads to a great improvement of dissolution rate for all ratios compared to the corresponding physical mixtures and the crystalline drug.
