摘要

Respirable poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) microspheres containing rifampicin (RFP) with/without dipalmitoilphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) were prepared by a spray drying method. By choosing proper concentration of RFP and DPPC, respirable PLGA microspheres with high FPF values are obtained.
