摘要

Efficacy of doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX-HCI) hydrazone-conjugated polymeric micelle was investigated in vivo in several tumor models. The micelles were prepared from amphiphilic block copolymers, poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(aspartate), conjugated to DOX in the hydrophobic region through hydrazone linkers. In vivo data proved its intracellular pH-controlled activation property, tumor accumulation, and effective activity.
