Fluconazole (FLU) is an antifungal compound with comproved efficacy against several species of filamentous fungi responsible for mycotic keratitis (corneal infection)~((1)). In this study the in vitro ocular permeation of FLU from two mucoadhesive gels with different charges was compared. An aqueous solution was used as control.
