The objective of this study is to develop two different w/o microemulsion formulation of the antitumoral agent methotrexate and to investigate the suppressive effect of two novel MTX-loaded microemulsions on MCF-7 human breast cancer cells. At the same time this effect of two formulations was compared with each other and commercial formulations.
