Worm Micelles carrying Tissue Plasminogen Activator as Prophylactic Fibrinolytic Agents

Recently, tPA carriage by natural carriers such as erythrocytes overcomes many of these problems. To further develop technological basis for thromboprophylaxis by long-circulating tPA, and polymer-based drug delivery system, we coupled tPA to worm micelles (WM) which has exceptionally long-life time in blood circulation.
