Tabletting of Non-sticking Ibuprofen DC 85~R with Different Disintegrants

摘要

This study shows the influence of disintegrants of different particle size on the properties of ibuprofen tablets. Investigation of their effects was carried out using different Kollidon CL~R-grades and Ac-Di-Sol~R. Compression of non-sticking Ibuprofen DC 85~R with these disintegrants leads to hard tablets, fast disintegration and a customized release profile.
