摘要

Hollow polyelectrolyte microcapsules composed of hyaluronic acid (HA) and poly-L-lysine (PLL) were prepared by layer-by-layer adsorption and applied for the controlled release of BSA. Disulfide crosslinked HA microgels were used as core materials and polyelectrolyte multilayers were crosslinked via carbodiimide chemistry. Physicochemical properties and pH sensitive behaviors of microcapsules were investigated.
