摘要

Oral administration of a poorly water soluble drug, cinnarizine, as a solution in oleyl glycerate (OG) dramatically extended the T_(max) and relative bioavailability of the drug in rats compared with monoolein. The behaviour may be partly due to differences in lipid digestibility leading to longer residence in the gastrointestinal tract.
