摘要

The modification of porous silica nanoparticles of MCM-41 structure with PNIPAM temperature-responsive copolymers has been achieved by reaction of disulfide pyridyl terminated PNIPAM with thiol terminated MCM-41. The particles undergo loading and release of small molecules below PNIPAM transition, but exhibit no uptake or release above the phase transition.
