Entrepreneurial Orientation, Learning Orientation, and Product Innovation

Drawing on the organizational learning theory, this paper examines the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation, the moderating effect of technological turbulence, and the mediating effect of learning orientation. The results show that, under China's transition economy, entrepreneurial orientation is positively related to product innovation.Furthermore, technological turbulence positively moderates this relationship, and learning orientation further mediates this positive relationship. We discuss the contribution and future research extensions.
