Research on Inferring ELECTRE-Ⅲ's Parameters and a Case on Naval Gun Weapon System Integration

ELECTRE-Ⅲis one of important Multiple attributes decision making (MADM) methods for system integration. Setting parameters in ELECTRE-Ⅲ is a vital and difficult step. In this paper, a method of inferring ELECTRE-Ⅲ's parameters with incomplete information based on robustness analysis is presented. First, ELECTRE-Ⅲ is transformed into a continuous smooth function of each parameter vector. Then, an analysis structure by maximizing robustness margin is provided. By this structure,several parameters inferring algorithms are also discussed. At last, a naval gun weapon system integration problem is put forward and analyzed based on the method above.
