摘要

This paper examines competitive priorities and competitive advantage of Australian service firms using Importance-Performance Analysis. The results indicate that customer retention and productivity need to be maintained whilst innovation and speed can receive low priority. Brand image and cost effectiveness need improvement, whilst quality and delivery are considered as "overkillers".
