摘要

Pulkovo cooperation of optical observers (PulCOO) started regular observations of space debris objects in 2005. Now it joins the 11 observatories of the Former Soviet Union (FSU) countries forming global International scientific optical network (ISON). About 150,000 measurements for space objects along the GEO arc of 340.9° allowed to discover in collaboration with AIUB team already almost 500 unknown objects at high orbits, including 262 faint fragments. Two main directions of the ISON development are in progress. Each observatory is equipped with few optical telescopes with different capabilities in order to arrange several dedicated subsystems for observations of the different space objects - bright GEO-objects, bright objects on high-elliptical orbits (HEO), faint fragments. Moreover new optical observations points are created in order to provide an ability to observe the Geostationary orbit (GEO) in the whole.
