摘要

The Computational Electromagnetics(CEM) has been proofed as an efficient technique in the past few decades in the broader electromagnetic engineering community. However, the 21s' Century emerging technologies, nanotechnology and bioscience, have raised a great challenge to CEM community. This paper addresses part of the challenges to CEM in the emerging technologies typically in nanoelectronics and nanophonics. The application examples and future developments are highlighted in the paper.
