摘要

A key objective of this European Consortium and the associated SSA is to communicate results and progress to as many stakeholders as possible. The project specific website was launched on June 01, 2005, with later links to the SSA website, and minutes of meetings, presentations of work package progress are regularly posted on these websites.Meat and Livestock Commission (MLC) acts within the project as co-ordinator on behalf of pig producer organisations in Europe. The consortium benefits from the support of COPA-COGECA (69 organisations), The Canadian Pork Council (CPC), and The National Pork Board from the US. Website links have been established with The Federation of Veterinarians of Europe.
