摘要

Human resources allocation is a very important subject of human resource management. The paper studies its optimization by using PSO; PSO algorithm is a new random optimization method based on swarm intelligence which has more powerful ability of global optimization .The paper first sets up mathematical model of the human resources allocation optimization, then uses discrete PSO to solve the model. Experimental results indicate that the discrete PSO can quickly get optimal solution to the human resources allocation problem. This demonstrates that the algorithmic is an effective method for solving the problem.Human resource management, Particle Swarm Optimization, discrete PSO can quickly get optimal solution to the human resources allocation problem. This demonstrates that the algorithmic is an effective method for solving the problem.
