At the present time, the disposal method of incineration-landfill is generally used in the developed countries. The research on the MSWI stabilization has great operative significance on improving the efficiency of the service of the landfill. The experiment is exactly the indoor landfill leaching simulation considering the diversity of acid rain and the Regular precipitation under the semi-aerobic landfill condition. The results suggested among the heavy metals of leachate, Cr showed the higher leachability than other heavy metals and be easy to stripping; among the inorganic salts, the initial concentration value of chloride was high and its stripping rate was high.
