Creating an Information Retrieval E-Teaching Platform Based on Constructivism in Web 2.0 Era

Computer and communication technology is rapidly becoming a successful information technology. The profitability and value to society and education of computer and communication technology can be dramatically increased by fully applying advanced computer tool and network resources. In web 2.0 era, in the knowledge age, learner-centered, meaningful elearning environments which take constructivism as its theory foundation more easily attract learner' study interest thus elevate students' information literacy. The paper brings forward a conception of computer-mediated information retrieval eteaching platform based on constructivism.
