摘要

The dry sorbent CO_2 capture process is an advanced concept to efficiently remove CO_2 in flue gas with dual circulating fluidized bed. To be recognized the feasibility and the efficiency of the process and sorbents, it is needed to prove the performance in the continuous cyclic operation of sorption-regeneration. The performance of dry sorbent CO_2 capture was investigated in the continuous solid circulation mode between a fast fluidized carbonator of 6 m in height and a bubbling fluidized regenerator. To investigate the effects on CO_2 removal capacity of sorbent in continuous solid circulating mode, the effects of various parameters such as gas velocity (1.7 to 3.0 m/s), solid concentration (7 to 35 kg/m~2·s), carbonation temperature (60 to 90 °C), and steam content in feed gas (7 to 30%) were examined.
