Adopting the Adjust Method Based Retailers' Earnest to Restrain the Bullwhip Effect

In supply deficiency condition,retailers intend to overestimate demands,which could lead bullwhip effect increasing.This document analyze the bullwhip effect which brings by supplier implementing the linear assignment mechanism in the condition of supply deficiency,then offer a reasonable allocation measure based on earnest money controlling to restrain the bullwhip effect and get useful conclusion for the research of supply chain
