CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) molded by pipe rehabilitation method is affected only by groundwater. Thickness of CIPP is designed as identified in Section XI 1.1 in ASTM F1216-9.3. ASTM F1216 did not include GFRP pipe by pipe rehabilitation method. As there is not a standard for GFRP pipe, enhancement factor of soil and existing pipe adjacent to the new pipe has been using 7.0 in JAPAN. In this study, enhancement factor of soil and existing pipe was measured for GFRP pipe of CIPP, and it was confirmed that enhancement factor of GFRP pipe was over 7.0.
