What don't you know?

In this note, we describe a way of reminding students that they don't know everything, and that graduates from other institutions will have a different academic make-up. As a consequence, they will acquire some understanding of the limits of their knowledge, and an acquaintance by name with the broad topic areas in which their understanding is low or zero.
