Study on the Model of Conducting of Risks in Cooperative strategy (ID: 8-087)

Strategic alliances are a primary form of cooperative strategies. An indicator of the popularity of cooperative strategies is the fact that over 20,000 strategies alliances were formed in a recent two-year period on a worldwide basis; more than half of those alliances were between competitors. But most strategic alliances are failure. According to some study on risks of strategic alliances, two in third strategic alliances are running difficultly and seventy percent strategic alliances will be bankrupt. Risks can conduct among strategic alliances, so it should be paid more attention to. During the study on the model of conducting of risks, trust is the best way to prevent the conducting of risks in cooperative strategy.
