Case-Based Reasoning (CBR for short) is a kind of imperative knowledge management method. This technique provides a more ideal and feasible intelligence method for risk identification process. Employee turnover risk identification is a process to find the risk factors of employee turnover exactly, and it's the basement for enterprises to make measures for the employee turnover risk management. According to the features of employee turnover risk identification, Case-Based Reasoning technique is introduced to deal with the knowledge expressing and intelligent reasoning in risk identification in enterprises. This article focused on discussing the key methods of using CBR technique in employee turnover risk identification, including the process of case representation, case organizing and management, case retrieval and matching in employee turnover risk identification. In the using of CBR technology, object-oriented method was introduced in the case knowledge expressing of risk identification, relation database was used in the case organization and management of risk identification, and multi-case query model, query tactics and Tree-Hash algorithm were carried out to retrieve the best case. It proves well to use CBR technique in employee turnover risk identification process.
