The Research on the Application of Systems Thinking in Learning Organizations (ID: 8-070)

摘要

From one typical example, we analysed the essence of systems thinking. The essence of systems thinking lies that this world is a complex system with nonlinear and catastrophic phenomina. Using the viewpoint of systems thinking to management the organization is called complex management. At the last, the application of systems thinking in learning organization is discussed.
