摘要

This paper studied on 3-TPT parallel machine tools of professor Cai Guangqi developed, the optimization design of the 3-TPT parallel machine tools was investigated in terms of structural composition. Using the software of automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical system, the virtual prototyping of 3-TPT parallel machine tool was given. Based on the model, we produced a series of research for the simulation according to three kinds of experiment programs. The restriction limb is a very impotent composing parts of 3-TPT parallel machine tools, its structure sizes design have a greater impact on all performances such as the size and shape of workspace of parallel machine tools and so on. A project of optimization design was obtained also for the restriction limb. A new way was found for design and character analysis of robot mechanism. At the same time, the visibility problem of parallel robot motion was resolved. The practice proved that, this article states the optimization design and the simulation process and the method correct, the usability is very strong.
