Comparative Study of Engineering Consultant's Liability and Liability Insurance (ID: 6-003)

摘要

This paper compares the liability and insurance clauses in the two consulting contracts, China's Domestic Construction Project Supervision Contract and FIDIC's Client/Consultant Model Services Agreement. It concludes that consultant will be confronted with different scope of liability and risk under the conditions of the two contracts. It still recommends the application of liability insurance in our country's consulting industry.
