Improving innovative capacity is a pressing requirement for enterprises to remain to be successful in increasingly fierce market competition, but innovation is not completely equal to technological invention. In fact enterprise innovation not only includes technological innovation, but also includes management innovation, system innovation, cultural innovation, market innovation and organizational innovation and so on. Enterprises are a man-made open system, and its management of innovation also needs systematic notion. Enterprises continuously exchange matter and energy with the outside world and consume its energy during the motion of the system. This will increase the entropy of the enterprise system and the confusion. To keep the enterprise away from the balanced state of the maximum entropy and become system dissipative structure with innovative capacity and sustainable development, it is necessary to introduce the negative entropy. For enterprises, the essence of innovation is to introduce negative entropy. The article, beginning with the theories of dissipative structure and the rule of the system operation based on entropy, raises the notion of enterprise innovative management such as"product innovation concept of reducing the entropy increase of social system "、" operate at the state of low entropy or increase the entropy of the rivals" from the angle of social system on the basis of recognition of enterprise innovation.
