Enterprises are a man-made open system, and its management of innovation also needs systematic notion. Enterprises continuously exchange matter and energy with the outside world and consume its energy during the motion of the system. This will increase the entropy of the enterprise system and the confusion. To keep the enterprise away from the balanced state of the maximum entropy and become system dissipative structure with innovative capacity and sustainable development, it is necessary to introduce the negative entropy.
