Today, many companies begin to use the BPR and TQM, which actively contribute to the improvement of quality and performance. Also, they are considered to be a useful weapon in global competition. TQM is considered to be the main strategy method which delivers the quality product and service to customers. At the same time, many organizations carry out the BPR program in order to fulfill their changes and ensure success. The paper analyses the similarities and differences between BPR and TQM, discusses two ways of integrating BPR and TQM in the enterprise management and active effects of integrations. In the end, put forwards the how to integrate BPR and TQM in the real process?
