Study on The Toll Policy of Heavy-load Traffic Expressway Based on Load (ID: 6-171)

摘要

The toll collection policy will play a more important role in highway construction. The damaging of heavy traffic load to expressway is analyzed. The necessity and practicability are discussed for load-based toll collection of heavy-load traffic expressway, combining with the traffic characters of XuanHua-DaTong expressway. This theory can be taken as the basis for traffic and transportation administration of expressway as a reference for management and as a reference to take a policy by price administration and finance office.
