A Study on Model of Enterprise's Standardization Management (ID: 5-069)

This paper studies the relationship between standard, patent, proprietary technology and knowledge, which is an important part of knowledge management. The process of standardization is summarized according to several decades' research on a state-owned enterprise. The model, which transforms proprietary technology to professional standard, national standard and international standard, is also proposed based on the study of the standard management. After the brief introduction to the state of domestic standardization, some measures are suggested for avoiding the inferior parts of traditional standard management. Analytic System (AS), which is a crucial subsystem of standardization system, is studied in detail, including its components, I.e., UDDI registration center, Web Services subsystem, Comparison and analyzing subsystem, Decision history base, and knowledge base. The realization of the mechanisms of reuse, self learning and feedback is also introduced. The method and the system are demonstrated to be effective in supporting the standardization management.
