THE APPLICATION OF WORK-STUDY TO AN OPTIMIZING DESIGN IN PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY LINE

With the application of the procedure analysis, the operation analysis and the action analysis methods in work-study, the flow process and rhythm on produce-assembly line of one company's electric power meter are measured and analyzed carefully. Therefore, it suggests improvement and optimization of the problems such as the related constraint process, irregular operations, as well as, unreasonable actions. Through the contrast and analysis between the old and the new project, it proves that the improvement in effect is very obvious.
