工作抽样在汽车装配生产线中的应用分析

摘要

介绍了工作抽样的基本知识,应用工作抽样法的方法对某汽车装配生产线生产过程进行了分析,找到制约生产效率提高的浪费环节,研究表明:在整个生产过程中用在取工具、搬运、等待等活动中所花费时间的比例偏高,减少了有效工作时间.根据工作抽样的数据进行统计分析,提出了提高效率的改善方案.%The basic knowledge of work-sampling technology was introduced. The production process of a certain automobile assembly line was analyzed by the method of work-sampling in order to find out the waste link restricting production efficiency. The results indicate the time of taking tools, transiting and waiting in the course of production has a relative high ratio to the whole working hours so that the utilization of efficient working hours is reduced. The suggestions on enhancing productivity are put for-ward by statistical analysis of the data from the work-sampling.
