摘要

The companies that invested in Mainland China from Taiwan are rapidly increasing, since Mainland China open up their door to foreign countries, and increasing talks between Taiwan and Mainland China. The immediately concern is the employees' ideology and their prospective to the company. This paper focuses on the employee job satisfaction from the viewpoints of cultural diversity. In most cases, the parent companies are in Taiwan, and their branches in Mainland China. A selected 451 samples employees from companies invested in Mainland China was used for this research. The correlation and regression analysis skills, the theorem hypotheses of culture difference and job satisfaction were employed. Discussion and conclusion were drawn from the research data. Recommendation will be issued to the Human Resources of the Companies.
