This article takes < Professional programming of environmental sanitation in Suzhou Industrial Garden) as example, fully explains the professional programming course of environmental sanitation, and also expounds the emphases and solution on it. Programming procedures of MSW collection and transportation generally consists of: ① Investigation and assessment of status, analysis and study and regulation and standard; ② Bringing forward the prediction of programming target, output and property of domestic garbage;③ Bringing forward of domestic garbage treatment and disposal facilities arrangement in the programming regions;④ Selection of collection and transportation methods and arrangement of garbage treatment facilities;⑤ Cost estimating. The emphases of programming are put on garbage output, the collection and transportation status, the prediction of the output, the selection of programming target, the comparison of domestic garbage treatment technology, the arrangement of treatment facilities, the selection of collection and transportation methods, and the arrangement of collection and transportation facilities. Deepen investigation should be conducted to fully consider the status and development trend of cities. Analysis and comparison of various programming methods is also necessary to accord with harmless, resource and reduce principals, utilization of existing facilities and taking natural, technical, social and economic factors to make the programming both looking forward and maneuverable.
