RELATIVE ENRICHMENT OF DIFFERENT MACERALS FROM A LOW-RANK BITUMINOUS

A low-rank bituminous containing inertinite up to 48% and the balance, vitrinite, was taken as the object for investigtion aiming at their relative enrichment into separate products. Macerals of purity ＞ 95% were sorted out from raw coal by combination of hand-picking and screening as the sample for analyses of their difference in surface property, upon which their separation was expected to be relied.
