Small-and-Medium Size Technology Enterprise plays an important role in developing Hi-technology industry. They must extend their business activity's scope beyond their country and exploit international market actively to meet the increasingly keen international competition, in order to achieve sustainable development by allocating resources within the scope of the world. However, the SMSTEs are facing risks which are associated each other during the course of exploiting international market because of their own restrictions, so they should think much of the risk evaluation in exploiting international market.
