The strategy to cultivate and improve the small agribusinesses' compentence

摘要

Small agribusiness takes a great part of agricultural industry. Cultivating and improving the competence of the small agribusiness, has positive effect on developing the agriculture and countryside and solving three problems about countryside、agriculture and farmers. Based on the characteristic of small agribusiness, and taking the relative policy of Chinese governments into consideration, this paper is going to bring forward strategies for small agribusinesses to cultivate and improve their competence.
