摘要

Semi-finished product is obtained by the reaction of CH3CH2OH and POCl3 and reacts with 1,6-hexanediamine to get the P/N flame retardant. Its productivity can reach 95%;This flame retardant shows an ideal retarding effect in polyamide polymerization and has advantages of less amount, lower price, excellent property, etc. LOI can reach 27.5 when addition is 2.5~3.0%. It shows an excellent spinning property and has no extraction.breaking strength is 28.5CN·tex-1. Its synthesis will bring an excellent foreground in the halogen-free flame retarding technology of polyamide.
