Research and Application of Phosphorus/Silicon Flame Retardant

摘要

Non-halogen, low smoke, low poison is the characteristic of Phosphorus/Silicon flame retardant which can accelerate the coagulation of carbon to achieve the retardant effect. But its mechanism is different with the phosphorusitrogen flame retardant. In this paper synthesized Phosphorus/Silicon flame retardant and applied it to PA6, when the addition is 6%,the LOI is 28. The preparation of this flame retardant provides a new method of preparation for flame retardant PA6, which is suitable for filature.
