Overloading and vibration compound test system which is combined by centrifuge and vibration table offers a new way for ground test to simulate flight. It is an important thing must be solved in the design of experiments for gyroscope under compound environment how to meet the requirement of linear acceleration and avoid influence of angle velocity of centrifuge. After analyzing the radius acceleration and confining condition of gyroscope in a centrifuge, a new design of combination plan is brought forward, which including regular octahedron six-point experiments, regular hexahedron eight-point experiments and round plane four-point experiments. The regression experiments of three factors two order quantic of gyroscope is realized by use of the centre combination design. It is shown in calculation that the new design of experiments reaches D-optimized criterion.
