At intensive mechanical effect on piezoelectric material - quartz in presence of organic compounds of different class inmechanical reactor a powder carbon-containing material with nanocompositely structured particles was obtained. Synthesizedmaterial is characterized with ferromagnet properties and electroconductivity.
