摘要

Biodegradable cross-linked poly(??-amino ester)(CLPAE) was synthesized, and modified withaminohexanoic acid and lysine to CLPAE-Ahx andCLPAE-Lys, respectively for gene delivery system.They could self-assemble with pDNA formingnano-sized polyplexes and CLPAE-Ahx polyplexreleased plasmid DNA slowly through stepwisedegradation. The polymers showed minimalcytotoxicity and also high transfection efficiencies.
